Bus services to Suvarnabhumi Airport depart from Hua Hin New Bus Station, which is located 13.5 km by road to the north of the Clock Tower in Hua Hin Town centre. The easiest way to get to the New Bus Station is to take a taxi or tuk tuk which will cost 150 to 300 THB depending on your starting point and the driver.

A cheaper alternative is to take one of the green coloured shared taxis which pick up passengers from the where the Sa Song Road intersects with Hua Hin Soi 72, which is the same corner that the Night Market is located on. The charge is 20 THB per person to Hua Hin Airport, which is very close to Hua Hin New Bus Station. Ask the driver before you board the shared taxi to make sure that they are going to Hua Hin Airport.

From Hua Hin New Bus Station it’s a 218 km journey by road to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The bus will stop once about half way through the journey for a 20 minute comfort break before continuing onto Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is located to the east of Bangkok city centre.

The drop off point is in front of the check in counters in the International Terminal. Make sure that you allow at least 3 hours from the scheduled arrival time of your bus until the departure time of your flight, or 4 hours on weekends and Thai public holidays (particularly Songkran) when the roads from Hua Hin to Bangkok can become congested and the journey by road takes longer than expected.
